As a result of the Defendant’s alleged negligence, the Plaintiff operating the motor vehicle suffered injuries, including but not limited to, injuries to her head, left hip, neck, and back. According to the lawsuit, both minor passengers also suffered injuries and damage due to the Defendant’s alleged negligence. The lawsuit further alleges the Defendant’s negligence caused all of the Plaintiffs to experience great pain and suffering, both physical and emotional, and loss of ability to perform usual functions now and in the future.
